This project exists of 4 joint buildings, called the Mumbai Building, Madras Building, Calcutta Building, and Delhi Building.
These buildings include 2.441 m² office space , 49 apartments, 6 commercial spaces, all together about 8.565 m².
There is also an underground parking area of 3.000 m².
Located on the Madrasstraat, Binnenvaarstraat and Piraeusstraat, it is part of the Cadix District (26 ha) in the north of the city of Antwerp. This Cadix District is, together with the Montevideo District and Oude Dokken District, part of the "Eilandje Master Plan", planning a revival of this fallow old harbour area.
