The old Nelson Mandela Student Residence has been fully renovated into a modern residence with 234 student rooms, 10 studio's and a television room on the ground floor. Since september 2013 the Nelson Mandela student residence building has been taken into use by 240 students. Each of the nine floors has 26 rooms with a private shower and toilet, and a commun kitchen and dining room. There are also 2 studios fully adapted for disabled persons.
