This project combines 15 new apartments situated on the Rue des Princes, with the renovation of an office building situated on the parallel street Rue du Fossé Aux Loups.

The offices on the floors +2 up to +5 have achieved a Breeam ‘Very Good’ certificate. The ground floor and first floor are connected with the building on the Rue du Fossé Aux Loups,and can be used as offices or retail.

The other 14 apartments are on top of these office/retail area.
